This Privacy Policy explains how ASAPTech IT Solutions Pvt Ltd (“ASAPTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, accesses, uses, stores, protects and discloses information through our website, products and services, including the VoucherDocs Windows application.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to visitors to asaptech.net, people who contact or purchase services from us, and users of VoucherDocs. VoucherDocs is designed to manage supporting documents associated with Tally vouchers using local storage and, when a user enables it, Google Drive.
2. Information we collect
Website and contact information

Name, email address, phone number, company name, job title and postal address that you voluntarily provide.

Messages, support requests, demonstration requests and other communications.

Technical and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and visit times.

Cookies and similar technologies used for site operation, security and analytics.
VoucherDocs application information
Depending on the features configured by the user or administrator, VoucherDocs may process company names, financial years, voucher types, voucher numbers, document types, filenames, remarks, file sizes, checksums, local file paths, upload status and storage-provider identifiers. This information is primarily stored on the Windows computer or storage location controlled by the customer.
3. Google user data accessed by VoucherDocs
Google Drive integration is optional and begins only after a user clicks Connect Google Drive, signs in directly with Google and grants permission.
VoucherDocs may access:

The connected Google account’s basic identity information, such as its email address and display name, to show which account is connected.

Files and folders that VoucherDocs creates or that the user opens or shares with VoucherDocs through the Google Drive drive.file permission.

Google Drive file and folder identifiers, filenames, MIME types, storage information and links returned for application-managed files.
VoucherDocs does not request unrestricted access to every file in the user’s Google Drive and does not receive or store the user’s Google password.
4. How VoucherDocs uses Google user data
VoucherDocs uses Google user data only to provide and maintain user-facing features requested by the user, including:

Displaying the connected Google account.

Creating and maintaining the configured VoucherDocs folder structure.

Uploading documents and configured database backups.
-
Organizing application-managed files and retaining references needed to locate them.

Testing the connection and reporting upload, storage and authorization status.

Troubleshooting the integration when the user requests support.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, marketing, credit decisions, surveillance, profiling or unrelated analytics. We do not sell Google user data.
5. Storage and protection of Google authorization data
VoucherDocs stores the Google OAuth refresh token on the Windows machine where VoucherDocs is installed. It is protected using Microsoft Windows Data Protection with local-machine scope so the VoucherDocs background service can perform authorized uploads. Application settings are stored under the machine’s common application-data location.
VoucherDocs may retain Google Drive file IDs, folder IDs and document links in its local database or application records so users can locate documents associated with vouchers. Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are used to protect information in transit and at rest. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
6. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with advertisers or data brokers. Information may be disclosed only:

To provide a feature explicitly requested by the user and with the user’s consent.

To service providers acting on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

To investigate security incidents, abuse or technical failures.

When required by applicable law, legal process or a valid governmental request.

As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.
ASAPTech personnel do not inspect a customer’s Google Drive files unless the customer explicitly requests support and authorizes access to the specific information required.
7. Limited Use disclosure
VoucherDoc's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
8. Retention, disconnection and deletion
Google authorization information remains on the installed computer until the user disconnects Google Drive, removes the relevant application data, or requests assistance with deletion.

To disconnect inside VoucherDocs, open Settings → Google Drive → Disconnect. This removes the authorization token stored by VoucherDocs and clears its saved root-folder connection.

Users may independently revoke VoucherDocs from the Google Account third-party connections page.

Disconnecting does not automatically delete documents previously uploaded to Google Drive. Those files remain under the user’s control and can be deleted directly in Google Drive.

Local documents and application records remain on customer-controlled storage until deleted according to the customer’s own retention practices or through an authorized support request.

9. Other uses of information
We may use non-Google website and customer information to operate and improve our services, respond to inquiries, provide support, administer transactions, maintain security, comply with legal obligations and send marketing communications where the recipient has consented or applicable law permits. Recipients may opt out of marketing messages.
10. Cookies
Our website may use essential, preference and analytics cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling some cookies may affect website functionality.
11. International processing
Information may be processed in locations outside the user’s jurisdiction where our providers or business operations are located. We use appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.
12. Children’s privacy
Our business website, services and VoucherDocs are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our products, practices or legal obligations. We will publish the revised Policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before using Google user data for a materially different purpose.
