What is a Transactional Route?

As per TRAI Transactional message means an SMS containing only -

i.   Information sent to its customer(s) by the Bank or financial institution or insurance company or credit card company or Access Provider pertaining to the account of that customer(s)
ii.  Information given by Airlines or Indian Railways or its authorised agencies to its passengers regarding travel schedules, ticket booking and reservation
iii. Information from a registered educational institution to parents or guardians of its students
iv.  Any other message as may be specified by the Authority, from time to time as Transactional message

So any messages providing details of the services to the customer(s) are calles as Transactional Messages.

What is Promotional Route?

As per TRAI Promotional message means message containing promotional material or advertisement of a product or service.

Can I use Transactional Route for Promotions?

No, Transactional Route can only be used to send transactional messages.

How to Buy SMS Credit?

We work on prepaid basis. To buy credit you have to transfer the fund to our bank account provided here and send us the payment receipt copy at sales@asaptech.net. After getting confirmation of the payment the SMS credit will be transferred to respective account.
